Mayo GAA and Mayo Mental Health Association - Health & Wellbeing Event
Crossmolina Deelrovers are delighted to host this event which is developed to show how exercise and good nutrition can promote positive mental health and wellbeing within rural communities. Speakers include – Andy Moran (Exercise and its importance to the individual), Caroline Brosnihan (Importance of Nutrition for a Healthy body and a Healthy mind) and Neil Douglas (Impact Yoga and Stretching can have on all generations) This is a community event and everyone is welcome!
