Lotto Results
There was no winner of the Crossmolina Deel-Rovers GAA Club Lotto Jackpot on Saturday night 9th of November 2019. The numbers were 2, 16, 22, 26, one punter matched three, Bernie Munnelly, and wins €150. The draw took place in Mulherns Bar. This week’s jackpot is €9,300. Many thanks for your continued support.

Our minor team captured the North Mayo Minor D Championship in Lacken last Satyrday with a win over Bonniconlon. Pictured here is Captain Patrick McAndrew receiving the cup from North Board Secretary John Walker, and the full squad after the final whistle.
Well done to McHale Rovers through to an All Ireland Final.
Well done to ACL McHale Rovers who defeated Edendork of Tyrone in Edendork on Sunday on a scoreline of 4.12 to 1.13. Roll on Sunday 24th of November and the All Ireland Final clash with Donoghmore of Cork, at 1pm in Duggan Park, Ballinasloe.

U13 Girls Final
McHale/Rovers and Swinford/Killasser went toe to toe in this county U13 Girls Division 3 League Final played at Swinford Amenity Park which was deemed fit to play on Saturday week after St Tiernans Park was unplayable after night and morning of heavy rain. The game exciting from start to finish. McHale/Rover had the better of the play in the opening seven minutes with two points from Kayla Doherty and should have a couple of more points on the board with poor shot selection a couple of wides denying them further scores. Swinford/Killasser when they gained the upper hand grabbed two goals from corner forward Rhona Brennan and a point Lucy Loftus Kayla Doherty reduced the lead with two points Meave Cosgrove tacked on further two points for the North Mayo girls back came the host with two points from Lucy Loftus before Kayla Doherty reduced the lead with another point to leave the half time score 2-3 to 0-7 at the break. With the damp conditions the defences were making life difficult for the forwards find their target. Lucy Loftus extended the lead with two points before Kayla Doherty raced past a couple of defenders and drilled the ball to the net and same player quickly added a point to tie the score back came Swinford/Killasser with Riona Foote point for the lead in a welter of excitement McHale/Rovers top scorer Kayla Doherty gave her side a two points lead replicating what she did ten minutes earlier crashing the ball to the net entering the final minutes. Swinford/Killasser swarmed down the field had a couple of shots cleared away before Lucy Loftus Drove the ball to the net past a helpless Charlie Louise Reilly Benson for a dramatic winning score which left McHale/Rovers devastated after been so close snatching the title. Kayla Doherty was adjudged the player of the match for the North Mayo girls after giving an outstanding display scoring 2-6 of her sides totals. Final score Swinford/Killasser 3 -6 McHale/Rovers 2-8

Mindspace Outreach service in Ballina FRC
Mindspace Mayo offers a support service to young people (15-25yrs) presenting with anything from common concerns (e.g. dealing with break-up, exam stress, bullying) to young people with emerging mental health difficulties such as mild depression and anxiety. The outreach service will run one day a week (Monday) and is based in the Ballina Family Resource Centre.
