There was no winner of the Crossmolina Deel-Rovers GAA Club Lotto Jackpot on Saturday night 15^st February 2020. The numbers were 12, 13, 22, 27, three punters matched three numbers, Declan Clinton, Mary & Christy Heffernan and Willie Moffatt , and each wins €50. The draw took place in Maughans Bar.

 This week’s jackpot is €3,600. Many thanks for your continued support.

Mindspace Outreach Service in Ballina FRC

Mindspace Mayo offers a support service to young people (15-25yrs) presenting with anything from common concerns (e.g. dealing with break-up, exam stress, bullying) to young people with emerging mental health difficulties such as mild depression and anxiety. The outreach service will run one day a week (Monday) and is based in the Ballina Family Resource Centre. Pieta House New Increased Hours

Pieta House provides counselling, therapy and support to individuals, couples, families and children who have been bereaved by suicide or feeling suicidal.

Pieta House operate an outreach service from the Ballina Family Resource Centre on Tuesdays from 1pm to 5pm & on Wednesdays 9.00am to 1.00pm by apt only Contact: 09325586 to make an Appointment

Fitness for Ladies and Men

Ladies and men's Active 55's Programme will recommence Tuesday 14th January in Deel-Rovers GAA Hall 11:45am-12:45pm €7.00 per session. Classes consists of cardiovascular fitness, muscle endurance, weight bearing, Balance, joint motility, flexibility, relaxation.
