Development Draw
Crossmolina Deel-Rovers are hosting the Club Development draw on this Friday night 23rd September in the Clubs meeting Room at 8 – 15 pm. All are welcome

Sean and Helen Keane Carrowcloughy Won the top prize of €10,000 in the Mayo GAA Club Development draw which took place in Cill Chomain GAA Club on Saturday week. P. Castlebar Mitchels had a comfortable win over Crossmolina in the County U13 Plate Semi-Final at Josie Munnelly park on Thursday evening last two first half goals from Seamus Maughan laid the foundation for the host win. Alex Kenny grabbed a goal for Crossmolina and Farnan Munnelly and Dylan Lavelle added a point each. After the break Cillian Broderick raised another green flag and in injury time Seamus Maughan completed his hat-trick Alex Kenny Conor Howley and Eanna O’Boyle replied with points each for the Deel-Siders. Crossmolina got off to the perfect start in this County U15 Championship tie in Claremorris on Tuesday last a goals in fifth minuet from Dylan Flynn another in the 12minuet from Oisin Deane and a third from Luke Maloney before the half time break gave the visitors a 3 – 7 to 0 – 11 Half time lead despite some wonderful point scoring from Mark Noone and Hurley. Claremorris came after the break and scored a string of points to wipe out the lead after fifteen minuets it took a couple of wonderful saves from Georgie Gordetskyy to keep the Deel-Siders in the game and with minuets ticking away Aaron Keane reduced the Claremorris lead with a point down to two and in a fine move that saw Esmond Maughan clearance out of defence to Kobe McDonald who in turn passed to Josh Moyles gave it to Oisin Deane who took the pass at speed and was tumbled in the square and Referee Kevin Connelly pointed to the spot and Kobe McDonald stepped up blast the ball to the net with last kick off the game after very entertaining game of fast open football

Crossmolina continued their good form in this group in the County U15 Championship at a sunny Flanagan Park on Tuesday last week leading at the break by 1 – 7 to 1 – 1. The visitors were made work hard after the break and can thank the first half lead in overcoming a very resilient Ballinrobe side.

Crossmolina dominated the opening 30 minutes of this County U17 County Championship tie at St Tiernans Park on Thursday evening last a string of points from James Maheady Jack Naughton and goal and a point from Adam Mills.
The Erris boys grabbed a goal and point from Josh Carey in the last few minutes of the half to trail by 1 – 8 to 1 – 1 at the break. Two quick points from Charlie Ginnelly and James Armstrong were wiped out by like scores from Adam Mills James Maheady Jack Naughton and Nathan Lynch.
Erris St Pats kept plugging away with four points from Josh Carey three from Ben Donoghue and one from Daniel McDonagh to leave just a point separating the sides entering the last ten minutes Crossmolina found their shooting boots and James Maheady drove over three points and Jack Naughton and Adam Mills one each to secure a hard fought win in a game that the Deel-Siders for long spells

Crossmolina overcame a stiff test from Visitors Carras in this County U15 Championship Tiernans Park on Tuesday last two first half goals from Kobe McDonald and one from Joey Keane gave the host the plat form to dominate the first half. Carras Jack Nevin grabbed an opportunist goal and rowed in with a couple points as did Alex Jennings Adam Gallagher to leave the half time score 3 – 7 to 1 – 6 Further points from Dylan Flynn Ethan Reilly and Luke Williams kept the score board ticking over for the hosts after the break before two goals from Kobe McDonald put the gloss on the score board Cathal Tierney raised a green flag for the Carras boys and Jack Nevin tacked on a point after a very entertaining with great scores from both sides
