U18 Lady's Win

The McHale/Rovers a combination of Crossmolina and Laherdane advanced to the next round of the Mayo Lady's Minor Championship with a hard earned 3 - 8 to 2 - 8 win over Swinford at St Tiernans Park. The winners lead at half time 3 - 2 to 0 - 3 three goal's in the opening 15 minuets  from Marie Larkin Samantha McDonnell  and Rachel Kearns paved the way for this win as Swinford came back after the break thanks to two goals from Lisa Reid. McHale/ Rovers were kept in front with five classic points from Rachel Kearns and one from Avril Noone to secure a fine start to their campaign
