There was no winner of the Crossmolina G A A club lotto jackpot on Saturday night 8th March. The numbers were 8-13-21-27. One punter matched three numbers, Pauline Dunn, Bofeenaun and wins €150. The draw took place in Sticks Bar. This weeks jackpot is €13,150. Many thanks for all your support

Crossmolina emerged with a hard earned victory after an entertaining game of football at St Tiernans Park last Saturday. Crossmolina opened the scoring against the wind with a KMcDonald free and followed that up with a goal from the penalty spot by the same player on ten mins. Kiltane came back at Crossmolina and with the score at 1-01 to 0-03 Kiltane had a strong call for a penalty waved away by referee Benny Holmes. The rest of the half was nip and tuck. The half time score Crossmolina lead 1-06 to 0-06.

 

Kiltane started the second half brightly with a goal, and the rest of the half was keenly contested, the score being level on 4 ocasions until on 54 mins a black card was issued to a kiltane defender, from the resulting free Kieran MacDonald put Crossmolina 2 points ahead, 1-12 to 1-10. Kiltane took control and by the 61st min had pushed one point ahead. Crossmolina sub Declan Keating popped up with a point (his second) to level the game on 63 mins. The final word lay with young Deelrovers midfielder Kevin Mulhern to kick the winning point in the 64th minute.

On Friday April 4th (Hineys Upperdeck) Crossmolina Deelrovers GAA are launching our Strategic Plan 2014-2019. This is a comprehensive 40 page document which will outline the future direction the club plans to take.

This night will also incorporate our annual Awards night.

There will be guest speakers, live music, refreshments and plenty other things happening on the night. Throw up at 9pm!!
