Crossmolina Deel Rovers 2-12 Belmullet 2-14
This was a fast open game of football with the scorers coming thick and fast on a calm afternoon on Saturday last the pitch was slippery after a night and morning of heavy rain, this did not help when players tried to hop the ball never the less Crossmolina lead at the break by a point. Fionan Duffy, Jordan Flynn, Conor Loftus getting on the score board for the hosts, but three points from Cathal Barrett and two from Peter McArthur pushed Belmullet ahead. J.P.Mulhern replied with a point and a Conor Loftus goal in the 21st minute restored his sides lead. But points from James Kelly and Peter McArthur tied the score on 25 minutes. Back came Fionan Duffy with point to leave the half time score 1 â 5 to 0 â 7. After the break Fionan Duffy and Dean Loftus pointed. Cathal Barrett replied with two points and Peter McArthur tied the score with a point after 37 minutes. Midfielder James Kelly gave his side a huge boost with a goal minutes later. Fionan Duffy drove over two points, Cathal Barrett replied with like scores for Belmullet before Martin McAndrew tied the score midway through the half. James Kelly and a 45 from Scott Kilker tacked on points, Fionan Duffy replied with a point with the game in injury time a high ball in to the goal mouth from Conor Rowland was booted to the net by Gerard Haran. But the drama was not yet over straight from the kick out Belmullet came down the field, a foul 30m out was quickly taken and the ball broke to Peter McArthur who stroked in to the net for the winning score and send his side into the knockout stages of the Championship by two points .

This was always close and well contested League Division 1D tie at Tom Langan Park on Sunday morning last. Crossmolina lead at half time by three points after playing with a stiff breeze 0 â 8 to 0 â 5 the points coming from Thomas McNulty with four, Gabriel Walsh, two and one each from. Ballycastle rallied after the break Dean Loftus and J.P.Mulhern replied with points each to keep the score board ticking over for the visitors and when it looked like ending in a draw up stepped Dean Loftus grab the all important goal to secure the three points winning margin .

Development Draw Development Draw Winners Congratulations to Karl and Josephine Fox Knockglass Crossmolina and Paul Haran Coolturk Crossmolina who won â¬200 in the Club development draw U10 & U11 End of Year Party Picture of u10 & u11 teams enjoying their end of year party. Both teams also enjoyed watching the dvd of Crossmolina Deelrovers playing in Croke Park & winning the Andy Merrigan Cup in the All Ireland Club Championship in 2001, some inspiration for our young players. Thanks to the coaches for their hard work and dedication all year and the parents that supported both teams and helped out.
Work continuing on Astro turf playing facility; Work is nearing completion on the Astro Turf project. The contractors have laid the synthetic grass and the infill, the fencing is now complete. Work remaining is electrical and snagging by the main contractor. Please obey all construction signs and safety notices during the construction phase. Crossmolina Deelrovers Committee will be working on the parking and fencing of all aspects of the development.
