Adult awards night, Saturday 5^th March 2022.

The annual awards for 2019, 2020 and 2021 were held on Saturday last the 5^th of March 2022 in Hineys Bar. Medals were presented to the following winning teams, 2019 U18s who won the North Mayo D Title, 2019 Juniors who won the North Mayo Winter Shield and North Mayo Junior B titles, and the 2021 U19s who won the Mayo U19C Championship.

 Player of the year awards were also presented by Club President Micheal Judge, they were as follows;

2019 Intermediate POTY; Henry McLoughlin.

2019 Junior POTY; Noel Hegarty.

2019 U21 POTY; Ronan Lavelle.

2020 Intermediate POTY; Dean Loftus.

2020 Junior POTY; Barry Murphy.

2021 Intermediate POTY; Darren Caden.

2021 Junior POTY; Adam Langan.

2021 U19 POTY; Niall Coggins.

Well done to all oue awards winners and thanks for everyone for supporting, best of luck to all for 2022.

Save the date, Adult awards night, Saturday 5^th March 2022.

Saturday the 5^th of March 2022 in Hineys Bar, we will be holding our awards night. Come along and join us for a social evening as we catch up on awards from 2019, 2020 and 2021. Light refreshments from 9.30pm and presentations at 10pm. 

2020/2021 Bord na nÓg presentation night

The Bord na nÓg presentation night took place in the Sports Hall in the GAA grounds on Saturday 12^th February 2022. It was a welcome return from a hiatus in 2020 due to the Covid pandemic. The night was well attended with over 200 medals presented to players.

The awards were broken up into 2 sections, 2020 and 2021 with a presentation in the interval from Peadar Flynn on Club Crossmolina.

The following were awarded medals for competitions won in 2020.

The U14 team won the North Mayo U14D competition

The U18 team won the North Mayo U18C competition,

The Chairman of the Bord na nÓg David Fox and Bord na nÓg secretary Claudette McLoughlin would like to take this opportunity to thank David Keane and Thomas McNulty for their help in organising the presentation night. Thank you to Jordan Flynn for kindly giving his time to present the medals. It was exciting for the underage players to meet Jordan who had come up through the same underage structure to culminate in playing for his County at Senior level. Thank you to Robert Padden for the sound. To Peadar Flynn for stepping in at the last minute to present Club Crossmolina. Thank you to the Managers and Coaches for all their hard work throughout the years. This was evident on the night with the volume of medals presented. Finally, thank you to the parents for continuing to support our club by bringing their children to and from training and matches. We look forward to a successful 2022.
